information when you use our mobile and web-based applications (“the App”) or visit our website.

including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

This Policy applies to all users of the TerraCapture App, our website, and related services. The App is not intended for users under 16, and

we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Compliance Notice: TerraCapture complies with Google Play’s User Data Policy and all applicable developer requirements regarding data

collection, usage, and disclosure.

• App Data: Project information, geological logs, coordinates, and related data uploaded or generated by users within the App. App
